Refund policy

All sales are final. Blacksite access is a digital product: the tutorials, files and tools unlock in the launcher the moment you buy, so we don't offer refunds.

If you were charged but didn't get access, or you were charged twice, open a ticket in our Discord server and we'll sort it out.

Before buying, check out our free tutorials on YouTube to see if Blacksite is right for you.
