Terms of service

Last updated November 6, 2026. By buying or using Blacksite content, on this website, in the Blacksite launcher or in our Discord server, you agree to these terms.

1. What you're buying

A one-time payment gives the Discord account you buy with access to the Blacksite tutorials, videos, files, models, textures and tools in the Blacksite launcher.

2. License only, no ownership

All Blacksite content is licensed, not sold. You get a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only. Ownership of all content stays with Blacksite Tutorials.

3. No sharing, leaking or redistribution

You may not:

• Share content outside the Blacksite launcher or Discord server
• Re-upload content to other Discord servers, Google Drive, Mega, YouTube or anywhere else
• Resell, trade, gift or donate content or your access
• Modify and repost content as your own

Buying access does not give you permission to redistribute anything.

4. Enforcement

Unauthorized sharing or redistribution may result in:

• Immediate removal from the Discord server and loss of launcher access
• A permanent ban, with no refund
• DMCA takedown requests
• Reports to the platform's Trust & Safety team

We actively watermark and monitor content.

5. Your account and access

Your access is tied to your Discord account and to your membership in the Blacksite Discord server. If you leave, are kicked or are banned from the server, your launcher access ends. Don't share your account.

6. Conduct

Harassment, hate speech, threats or disrespect toward members or staff will not be tolerated. Support tickets are for real support or purchase questions only.

7. Payments and refunds

All sales are final. See the Refund policy.

8. Not affiliated

Blacksite Tutorials is not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or Cfx.re.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
